I know this strip is a departure from what I normally do. I was struck by the idea of an extremely talented person not only dying with a head full of great ideas and unfinished work, but knowing he was dying and scrambling to make sure his family and artistic legacy were secure. I can’t understand, but I think every artist can relate.
